The 2003 Annual Meeting was graciously hosted by Phinney Ridge
Lutheran Church on June 21, 2003. Speakers Boots Winterstein,
Executive Director of Lutheran Community Services, and resident speaker,
Nicole Malkandi, inspired the guests. Selma Johnson was awarded the
"Opening Doors Volunteer of the Year" award for her outstanding service to
LATCH. The meeting included recognition of outgoing liaisons and
board members, election of new board members.
