These are our most recent pictures of the
entry "parlor." Comfortable furnishings and creative decorations
make a welcoming
room. Then following are photos of the new building from the
outside and from the inside showing units. Finishing is a photo of
the project team.

Manager's office has view
of main entry.
The pictures shown below were taken on April 28th,
before the furniture arrived and the residents began moving in.
First floor hallway.

Entrance lobby looking toward the elevator lobby and
manager's office.

Trellis and entrance at the southeast corner of the
building.

Entrance at the northeast corner of the building.

Courtyard view showing finished patios with planting
dividers, lighting and landscape. Benches will be
placed
throughout the courtyard.

View of the building from the east side. The area
at
the forefront was hydroseeded and the grass has
taken off!

Laundry rooms on the second and third floor are
equipped
with four sets of washers and dryers each,
including one larger front-loading
washing machine.

Full kitchen in the common room is available for
resident
use.

View of a two-bedroom unit on the third floor.
Bedrooms are on either side of the living room, and
the
bathroom is to left of the unit entry.

First floor units have higher ceilings and transom
windows
to allow for additional light.

One bedroom unit with view of bedroom off of the
living
room.

All unit entries have shelves for resident use and
windows adjacent to the doors to allow residents to
see into the
hallways. Residents will have intercom
systems to allow visitors
to buzz units for entry from
the first floor. A security system
will use a camera
to allow residents to view visitors at the front doors
on their televisions.
