We went out to the site today and approved the paint mock-up.  Painting should begin Monday with a window of good weather. (2/6/04)

Siders have completed the south side of the building and begun work in the interior courtyard.  Concrete patios at unit entries and common room in courtyard, courtyard patios, and sidewalks have all been poured.  Landscaping on the periphery has begun.  (1/21/04) 

Cabinet installation has begun on the third floor and trim packages are onsite.  Second floor interior is painted, and first floor taping is almost complete.  (1/21/04)

Sidewalks are being poured, and siding on the south and east sides continue.  (1/14/04)

Lighting on third floor is going in, and gypcrete has been poured.  Trim work on the third floor will start next week. (1/14/04).

Siding continues on the west and south sides of the building (main entrance on west shown here). (12/31/03).

Siding on the north side of the building is complete.  We're waiting for a warmer drier day to do a paint mock-up.  (12/31/03).

On the third floor, wall texture has been applied and units
are to be painted this week.  (12/31/03).
